आफ्ना सन्ततिहरुलाई शिक्षाको उजयालो घामबाट बञ्चित गराउन हुँदैन भन्ने अभिप्राय अनुरुप शिक्षाको उज्यालो प्रकाश फैलाउने उद्देश्यले वि.सं. २०४१ सालमा 'श्री महाकाली संस्कृत विद्यालय'को नामबाट यस विद्यालयको स्थापना भएको पाइन्छ । विद्यालय स्थापनाको ५ वर्ष पछि वि.सं. २०४६ सालमा प्रा.वि. शिक्षक दरबन्दी सहित 'श्री महाकाली प्राथमिक विद्यालय'को नामबाट सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त यो विद्यालय समयको माग र विकासको गतिसँगै विभिन्न आरोह र अवरोह पार गर्दै आजको अवस्था सम्म आईपुग्न सफल भएको छ । आदर्श समाजका लागि सभ्य नागरिक निर्माण गर्न तथा समुन्नत समाज निर्माण गर्न शिक्षाको महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा स्मरण गरी यस विद्यालयको स्थापना गर्ने समाजसेवी र शिक्षाप्रेमी अगुवाहरुको योगदान र समर्पणको उच्च कदर गर्न चाहन्छु । यस विद्यालयले विगतमा हासिल गरेको जस्तो शैक्षिक उपलब्धिहरु वर्तमान समयमा प्राप्त गर्न हाम्रा सामु थुप्रै समस्याहरु छन् । आकर्षक भौतिक संरचनाको अभाव, शिक्षक दरबन्दीको अभाव, अभिभावकहरुको नीजि विद्यालय तर्फको मोह, विद्यालयप्रति स्थानीय समूदायको चासो कम हुनु आदि कारणहरुले गर्दा यस विद्यालयको अस्तित्व नै संकटमा पर्दै गएको छ । यस्ता समस्याहरु सुल्झाउँदै शैक्षिक उन्नति हासिल गरी विद्यालयको शैक्षिक गुणस्तर कायम गर्न राज्यको एकल प्रयासले मात्र सम्भव हुँदैन । यसमा समुदाय, व्यवस्थापन समिति, शिक्षक, अभिभावक र विद्यार्थीको सक्रिय पहलकदमी अवश्यक पर्दछ । राज्यले चाल्ने कदममा सबैको सार्थक सहभागिताले शैक्षिक गुणस्तर उकास्न सकिन्छ । विद्यालयले सञ्चालन गर्ने शैक्षिक क्रियाकलाप र यहाँबाट उत्पादित जनशक्तिको गुणस्तरलाई सापेक्ष रुपमा हेर्ने गरिन्छ ।त्यसका लागि समय अनुकूल गुणस्तरीय, बैज्ञानिक र प्राविधिक तथा व्यवहारिक शिक्षालाई जोड दिने हो भने भविष्यमा यो क्षेत्रको उत्कृष्ट शैक्षिक केन्द्रको रुपमा विकसित हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ । आगामी दिनमा यो विद्यालयले आफ्नो सेवा क्षेत्र भित्रका सबै बालबालिकाहरुलाई विद्यालयमा भर्ना गर्ने, ती बालबालिकाहरुको सिकाइ उपलब्धि उच्च बनाउने तथा उत्पादित विद्यार्थीहरुलाई राष्ट्रको आवश्यकता अनुसार ज्ञानले परिपूर्ण, सीपले दक्ष, प्रवृतिले सकारात्मक सोच भएका योग्य र सक्षम नागरिक बनाई समाजको विश्वास जित्नु अनिवार्य छ । अन्त्यमा विद्यालयलाई हालको अवस्थामा ल्याउन सहयोग गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवालाहरु प्रति हार्दिक धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दै यस विद्यालयलाई थप उचाईमा पुर्याउन यस क्षेत्रका समाजसेवी, शिक्षाप्रेमी, बुद्धिजीवी, अभिभावक तथा विद्यार्थी भाइबहिनीहरुमा हार्दिक अपिल गर्दछु ।
With the intention that no children should be deprived of the light of education, and with the objective of spreading this light, 'Shree Mahakali Sanskrit School' was established in 2041 BS. Five years after its establishment, in 2046 BS, the school received official government recognition under the name 'Shree Mahakali Primary School' along with a primary teacher quota. Navigating through various ups and downs along with the demands of time and the pace of development, this school has successfully reached its present state. Remembering the vital role of education in building civilized citizens and an advanced society, I would like to highly appreciate the contribution and dedication of the social workers and education-loving leaders who founded this school.
Today, we face several challenges in achieving the same level of academic success as in the past. Lack of attractive physical infrastructure, shortage of teacher quotas, parents' inclination towards private schools, and declining interest of the local community towards the school are putting the very existence of this school at risk. Solving these problems, achieving academic progress, and maintaining educational quality is not possible through the sole effort of the state alone. It requires active initiatives from the community, management committee, teachers, parents, and students. Educational quality can be elevated through meaningful participation of all in the steps taken by the state.
The educational activities conducted by the school and the quality of the human resources produced here are evaluated relatively. Therefore, if we emphasize time-suited, quality, scientific, technical, and practical education in the future, it is expected to develop as an excellent educational hub in this region. In the days ahead, it is imperative for the school to enroll all children within its service area, enhance their learning achievements, and transform the graduating students into competent, capable citizens equipped with knowledge, skilled in action, and possessing a positive mindset, thereby winning the trust of society.
Finally, expressing my heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders who have helped bring the school to its current state, I cordially appeal to the social workers, education lovers, intellectuals, parents, and dear students of this region to help take this school to even greater heights.
